Hewi website wins an award
Bad Arolsen. Hewi's new internet site was awarded a red dot for high design quality in the Online Communication category of this year's "red dot award: communication design 2009" design competition.
An international jury of experts made their choice this year from a large number of high-quality entries, whereby a total of 6,112 projects were submitted from 42 countries and 526 received an award.
The jury positively rated the coherent, well-rounded concept of the Hewi communication: “In interaction with this year's advertising campaign, the new internet site enables clear, direct and multimedia addressing of architects, planners & designers, owners & developers and end users and gives Hewi's new brand orientation a brand new face in visual communication too." The direct, consistent communication concept was developed by Hewi in collaboration with Markwald & Neusitzer, Frankfurt.
An attractive and practical work tool
With this new online offer, Hewi has created a work platform which comprehensively presents the company's whole range of products and services and with a high design standard, interactive presentation and a new user interface and provides help.
With the new well thought out and simplified menu design, the required information can be reached with fewer "clicks". Fast and easy access to the products and services on offer, tender specification texts, online product catalogue and documents is therefore ensured.
Product innovations are now displayed together in an Innovations area.
