Bad Arolsen. With System 800, Hewi is launching a new generation of sanitary accessories and accessible products with chrome and white surfaces on the market. The company's own sanitary classics of the 477 / 801 Ranges were the guiding influences behind the product design – the result is further design development with contemporary borrowing from retro styles. The use of shape in the new System 800 is pure and linear, yet nevertheless emotional. Based on large harmonious radii and concealed fixings, the products are ideally suited for universal use in highly-frequented public and commercial buildings. System 800 is a professional system for commercial and public buildings with design consistency, which can also be used in domestic bathrooms. The products have been developed together with Phoenix Design Stuttgart/Tokyo.

With its launch on the market, System 800 immediately offers a wide variety of uses for the washbasin, WC and shower/bath and of course provides the full scope of accessible fittings - from highly professional care through to homecare needs. In System 800, the various chrome holders and elements are optionally available with inserts made of plastic and satin-finish glass. System 800 will be available for delivery from October 2009 with chrome and white surfaces.
