Maximum level safety
Safety is extremely relevant in highly visited properties with frequently changing user group, for example, in public buildings, entertainment venues, hotels and hospitals.
In these types of buildings the equipping of emergency exits at which panic situations are to be expected is subject to compulsory application according to DIN EN 1125.
With the new panic bar DIN EN 1125, HEWI provides an innovative solution: A horizontal push-bar extending over the whole door width which is tested and certified together with the respective lock.
As a telescopic bar, it can be adjusted to the appropriate door width on site. Due to the minimised mechanism it also becomes a narrow fitting with small mounting depth.
Two panic bar designs are available to choose from. Their consistent designs match Systems 111 and 162.
